The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) through a tweet on its official Twitter account has shared information on the 14-day movement of COVID-19 case distribution by district in Malaysia as of August 13 to August 26, 2020.

Through the case distribution data, the MOH has reported that the number of green zones continues to increase. So far, the green zone has reportedly increased to 5.

Among the states that have been recognized as the green zone are Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak and most recently, Melaka.

According to the MOH, 5 states that have been converted into green zones have recorded the absence of new Covid-19 cases from 13 August to 26 August 2020, which is for 14 days.

In this regard, the MOH calls on the public to continue to comply with the SOP that has been set to help the government to make the whole country a green zone.
