Education Ministry Releases 2021 School Calendar With Shorter Year-End Break

Education Ministry has been released the 2021 school academic with the number of schooling days returning to the normal 194 days.

The school year will begin on Jan 20 and end on Dec 9 for schools in Johor, Kelantan, Kedah, and Terengganu, while other schools in the other states will end on Dec 10.

However, based on the calendar, the year-end break for Kedah, Johor, Kelantan, and Terengganu has been reduced from 42 days to 22 days while other states have been slashed from 41 days to 21 days.
