Lying in Coffin and Getting Surrounded with Zombie to Relieve Off Stress

Many people feel stressed during the lockdown. Some feel stressed because of the economic condition they are facing at the moment. Others may be because of the uncertainties in their life after the pandemic. People are also anxious about them getting infected with the virus.

Anxiety and stress that are coming have made most people have mental health. Authorities keep informing the citizens to be more conscious about mental health. Everyone has their ways of overcoming the problem.

In Tokyo, a group of actors decided to help people to unwind the stress by lying down in a coffin and getting surrounded by zombies for 15 minutes. They will feel getting poked with fake hands and actors squirting them with water.

Kenta Iwana, coordinator of production company Scare Squad said that they are helping people to relieve stress during the pandemic by having a good scream.

The participants who wish to take the challenge will have to lie in a two-metered coffin while listening to horror stories. The coffin is used as a new way of entertainment but at the same time still abide by social distancing.

Kenta also said that coffin is the best choice for them as the coffin is easy to move. They need to bring the coffin anywhere they wanted to do their show. They have their shows at places such as the rest lounge and shopping malls.

Customers have to pay 800 yen, or about RM30 to enjoy the show. It is said that customers are satisfied with the horror show as it can get rid of their stress.
