Met Malaysia Issues Thunderstorm Warning For Some Areas In 7 States Until 7 PM

The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) recently issued a thunderstorm / heavy rain warning in several areas in Malaysia which is expected to occur until 7pm tonight.

The warning issued at 3.30 pm this evening involved several states in Malaysia. Among the states that are expected to be hit by thunderstorms / heavy rain until 7 pm tonight are Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor.

Here are some areas that are expected to be hit by a thunderstorm until 7 tonight:

  • Perlis
  • Kedah
  • Penang
  • Perak: (Kerian, Larut, Matang Dan Selama, Hulu Perak, Manjung, Perak Tengah and Bagan Datuk)
  • Negeri Sembilan
  • Malacca
