New Virus Spread In China, 7 Dies Due To Tick-Borne Virus Infection

The world is still not over with the COVID-19 issue where over 19.5 million people have been infected until yesterday.  Before this, according to a scientists who have fled to the United States named Dr. Li Meng Yan, a scientist from the University of Hong Kong who claimed that the virus did not spread from the Wuhan market but from a military laboratory called the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), China.

Recently, another virus was detected in China where seven people died and 60 others were already infected due to the Tick-Borne Virus carried by fleas.

As a result of the invading virus, people there have been reminded that it can infect humans. More than 37 people from Jiangsu province in Eastern China have been infected with the virus in the first half of this year. More than 23 people have been reported infected in Anhui province in East China.

A woman from Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu who is suffering from the tick-borne virus, is showing symptoms such as fever and cough. The doctor’s monitoring found that there was a decrease in leukosis, including her blood platelets. This woman, however, has been allowed out after a month of receiving treatment.

According to Global Times, doctors warned that tick bites is the major transmission route. As long as people remain cautious, there is no need to over panic over such virus contagion.
