Heatstroke can be mistakenly considered as heat exhaustion. There are several symptoms of heatstroke which we must give more attention to avoid from having it. Public Health Malaysia gave a list of the differences between heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
Hot. The night was hot. The weather for a day or two is different from the heat. Even at night, the water is warm. The throat feels dry and thirsty. Do you face what we feel?
The Director-General of the Meteorological Department stated that Malaysia has been experiencing hot weather for several days now. Temperatures can reach 36 degrees Celsius in some states.
Make sure you take adequate precautions. Drink plenty of water, reduce outdoor activities if the weather is too hot.
