Hot. The night was hot. The weather for a day or two is different from the heat. Even at night, the water is warm. The throat feels dry and thirsty. Do you face what we feel?

The Director-General of the Meteorological Department stated that Malaysia has been experiencing hot weather for several days now. Temperatures can reach 36 degrees Celsius in some states.

Make sure you take adequate precautions. Drink plenty of water, reduce outdoor activities if the weather is too hot.

Here we list the differences between heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Heatstroke can occur if you experience heat exhaustion for a long time. If you are experiencing symptoms of heat exhaustion, make sure you prevent it from becoming a heat stroke by practicing as described in this infographic.

Save this infographic or share it on your profile. If your friend faints during this heat, it is easy to consult if needed later. Hope it helps.
