Cosplay Enthusiast Design Costumes for Cats, Turned Them into Popular Anime Characters

Costume play or cosplay has been a worldwide phenomenon. The term cosplay comes after anime enthusiasts who are eager to portray themselves as their favorite characters. Cosplayers globally would dare to sacrifice their money and time just to make sure they look exactly alike to their chosen characters.

Although cosplay is often associated with Japan, this hobby has become famous all over the world. They even have their event conducted every year and in every part of the world.

A Twitter user, @YagyouNEKO has brought cosplay to another level. He is the project of designing various character costumes and dressed the costumes to his cats.

Yagyou is a talented artist who is behind the adorable project. He puts every detail from the character that he chooses into the feline costumes. He did everything by himself from conceptualizing and designing the costume. Most of his works are from Studio Ghibli’s characters. He is also known for being a dedicated cosplayer.

As he’s been receiving positive comments for his great work, he’ll probably continue making cute costumes in the future. He also welcomes anyone who is willing to help him in making the project a success.

He is also aiming to release a calendar featuring 12 of his best photos of the cats wearing costumes and it will surely attract Studio Ghibli’s fans out there.
