Joseph Gordon-Levitt Seek Malaysians Help To Narrate A Poem

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a well-known American actor, filmmaker, singer, and also entrepreneur. Currently, he has been reaching out with the Malaysians to ask them for help. He had asked the Malaysians to help him with this new Netflix movie that he is making called Project Power. The help that he asked is from various different aspects.

He is currently directing this some kind of video called HITRECORD. This HITRECORD is something that he has been doing online since the quarantine situation due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. It helps him to be creative all the time and he also appreciates all the creative ideas that he received from many people for the HITRECORD. The main attention for him making this HITRECORD is not forgetting any attention but it is something that he can make with other people. He had collaborations with Malaysians, Indians, Portuguese, and many other countries.

He once asked the help of Malaysians to create song bars about a certain topic and that topic is about the emphasis of power and adds to melodies to a basic beat that he had come up with. Other than that, he also requested for any Malaysians to speak the word ‘puisi’ which means poem in Malay with their voices.

Next, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is reaching out to Malaysians once again so that they can help him one more time. This time around, he wanted the help of Malaysians to contribute narration along to a script for a video he is making. Before he asked for the Malaysians help, he has already shared the part where he and his team have remixed eight different writers’ contributions to create a specific poem. This particular poem celebrates the beauty of Malaysia’s land and also people in its contents. This will be used for the final script and he gave everyone a preview.

The versus that he and his team came up with:

“This is Malaysia
Where my heart belongs
Here I wake to bold clouds embracing towering mountains
Where my fingertips touch the sparkle in the air
Peppercorn scents singing melodies of what the day could be
Its jungle is our nest, a kaleidoscope of colors
Sews and twines are in the blueprint of our veins
They are a part of who we are…”

On the 18th of September, the video that he made collaborations with the Malaysians is already finished and he already posted it on his Facebook page. This is a magnificent result.
