This gifted artist’s name is Derin Fletcher and she is an artist who has the ability to draw lifelike monochromatic portraits. This means that she only uses one color for every portrait that she draws. To master this talent of drawing, Derin Fletcher decided to draw a color study for herself so that she could see which shades blend well together. She did this method before she begins to start a beautiful portrait.
When she finally found which color blends well, she then will sketch the face with a colored pencil and the portraits build up from there. She then sands it with sandpaper to add some texture to the portraits. As she shades the portrait, she will give some pressure towards the portrait to create some details with it. In the end, the finished portraits would have three layers of color that match together.
