Madame Tussauds Finally Remove One Direction’s Waxworks After 7 Years On Display

Madame Tussauds is a famous wax museum that is located in London. Other than London, there are also smaller museums that are located in a number other major cities. A shocking news comes recently from the one that is located in London and it is the removal of One Direction’s waxworks after have been displayed for 7 long years.

Their waxworks as a group have been moved off of the floor of the tourist attraction this particular week. There will be no more chance for anyone to witness the waxworks of One Direction anymore. According to the recent news, there is still no plan for their waxworks to be displayed individually even though after all of their success as individual celebrities.

A little backstory about this much-loved boy band, there were put together by Simon Cowell on the X Factor in the year of 2010. One Direction consisted of Harry Styles, 26, Liam Payne, 27, Niall Horan, 26, Louis Tomlinson, 28, and Zayn Malik, 27.

Their waxwork was revealed back in the year of 2013 after they have achieved so much in their career as a boy band. They had successfully gone on to sell more than a 70million records over a very great career. Madame Tussauds mentioned that the heartbreaking decision to finally remove the One Direction’s waxwork was made after the band’s tenth anniversary this summer.
