People With Pets Can Decrease Stress and Boosts Mental Health

Some people like to have a pet. Pets can become a great place to tell a story even though they wouldn’t understand what we are saying. They will react as if they understand what we are saying by responding with various cute and innocent reactions.

Pets can also become a great comforting companion. They are very comforting and can keep us healthy. Interestingly, there is a study conducted to prove that pets not only can become good companions, but they can also make a good stress reliever too.

A study was conducted by the U.K researchers that owning pets as companions can boost mental health. It can also reduce the feeling of loneliness.

It is found from the study that almost 96 percent of the participants said that pets helped them to keep fit and healthy. Pets can also help the owner to cope emotionally during the lockdown.

The experiment was conducted between 23 March until 1 June, which is the period of lockdown in the U.K. The strength of the emotional bond with the pets. Most of the participants agreed that their beloved pets are a source of considerable support.

These furry friends can be a true companion and relieve our stress. Pets can make us become healthier, fitter, and happier.
