(Video) Shocking Footage After Woman Throws Her Two Children Off A Bridge Into The River In Iraq

A mother is supposed to be someone who acts as the source of safety and also the source of kindness for all of their children. Unfortunately, a contrary situation occurred towards this Iraqi mother who threw both of her children into the Tigris River until they are drowned and die. According to the report, she did this to take revenge on her husband that has divorced her.

This horrendous incident happened on the Al-Aimmah Bridge north of the capital, Baghdad. The footage that has been recorded by the surveillance camera near the scene’s area has gone viral on various social media platforms.

Based on the report given by security forces, they have successfully arrested the woman who apparently has admitted herself that she killed her children as a result of a dispute with her own ex-husband who has divorced her in late September. Later on, a search and rescue team has retrieved the bodies of the two poor children from the water.

Other than the footage of the gruesome incident, a particular video of the father crying for his three-year-old son and two-year-old daughter at the scene also got viral on various social media platforms. The majority of Iraqis have denounced the mother’s cruel action and expressed their sadness and also sympathy for the father.
