(Video) ‘Sleeping’ Saudi Prince Moves Hands After 15 Years In Coma

A video showing a Saudi prince who has been in a coma for more than a decade manages to move his hand. Prince Al-Waleed bin Khalid Al-Saud was seen raising his finger when a woman greeted him in the video clip.

“Hi, Didi hello, hello let me see, hi,” the woman said as the prince moved his finger in response.

“One more, one more, higher, higher,” the woman continued. “Very good,” added the unknown woman.

Prince Al-Waleed has been in a coma since 2005 when he suffered a brain hemorrhage after having a car accident while studying at a military college.

Since then, the young prince has relied solely on a ventilator. His last physical movement was five years ago in 2015.

The footage of the sleeping prince raising his finger on his hospital bed has now gone viral on Twitter.

The prince’s father, who was the brother of business tycoon billionaire Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, never stopped hoping. He hopes that his son will one day fully recover from the coma.
