Applications for Johor Food Truck Registration Programme Open to Entrepreneurs

JOHOR BAHRU, Nov 10 — The Johor state government, through Perbadanan Usahawan Johor Sdn Bhd (PUJB), is allowing food truck entrepreneurs to apply online for the Johor Food Truck Registation Programme (Phase Two).

State Investment, Entrepreneur Development, Cooperative and Human Resource Committee chairman Datuk Mohd Izhar Ahmad said phase two of the programme provides a chance for entrepreneurs who missed out in August to apply online by filling up their details at http://bit.Iy/3p_ftjohor, and attaching copies of relevant documents.

“Applications must be done online at PUJB’s official website beginning 2 pm today,” he said in a statement today.

Mohd Izhar said that those who were unsuccessful the first time around can appeal through email at jabatanprogram.pujb@gmail.com

Appeals, however, are only open to applicants who own food trucks and not vehicle owners, and applicants must submit evidence of rental agreements or relevant information, he added.

According to him, for successful applicants who have received offer letters on Oct 25, PUJB is currently at the next stage of the application process and any enquiries about their application can be done by messaging the PUJB official Facebook page or by emailing jabatanprogram.pujb@gmail.com.
