According to the COVID Tracking Project, the numbers it logged into went as high as 103,087 cases. This dreadful news will likely challenge the presidential candidates, with them potentially facing months of trying to bring the charts back down.
Over the course of two weeks, the confirmed coronavirus cases rise up to 45%, sending the average of 7-day daily infections reaching 86,000, according to John Hopkins University’s compiled data. The total death toll in America is already more than 232,000, reaching the daily average of deaths to be 846.
The United States stays on top of the world as the country with the most infections since the COVID-19 widespread, being 9 million.
