Did You Know That There Are Dolphins In Malaysia?

ML Studio has uploaded a video on Nov. 8 to break the myth that Malaysia has no dolphins – they did very well on conveying that message, inviting a local travel guide with legitimate license, Muhammad Jusri Yusof.

In the video, Muhammad Jusri Yusof, a Tourial Guide tells that there are around 27 species of dolphins in Malaysia.

Jusri has talked about how he would take researchers, who are completing their tertiary degrees, to Kuala Trong for them to see just how many of these mammals are here on the island.

Some species mentioned are Finless porpoise, Irrawaddy, and Indo-pacific humpbacked, where the third one is the most tamed and common, where he mentions that they would even chase the boat or let the boat catch up to them.

Some of the states he mentioned are Johor, Sabah, Sarawak, Langkawi, and a lot more.

Jusri also said that even if they visit the mammals almost daily, they cannot feed it since it is a wildlife animal, and they need to sustain themselves to take care of the ecosystem.

He pointed out that it is important for us to take care of the well-being of nature in Malaysia, as these dolphins are the attractions that bring travelers and people around.
