Not so long ago, a particular Grab rider that is Muhammad Hilmi’s story went viral after one netizen shared how this respectful front liner still delivers a customer’s meal despite having his phone snatched on the way to his destination. The post has now garnered 3.5k shares, received much support from netizens who praised Hilmi for his work ethic.
Recently, Heidy who is a netizen reported the story had the opportunity of meeting Hilmi and also his wife to celebrate and reward the committed rider’s commendable efforts. Other than him, Deputy Minister of Entrepreneur Development Malaysia that is YB Mas Ermieyati Samsudin, and also Amanda Choi, the customer who made the order right before Hilmi’s phone was stolen also attended the meal. During the meeting, Hilmi was given :

In a separate post, Deputy Minister, YB Mas Ermieyati also posted a story about Hilmi and discovered that he only became a rider when he lost his job during the pandemic.
Previously, Hilmi unfortunately had his phone got snatched away when he was trying to make a delivery to a customer’s house. The rider never gave up and he even begged the security guards of the particular residential area to use their phone so that he can call the Grab center and ask for her address so that he could send her the food.
