Man In China Is Tied Into ‘Pig Cage’ And Dunked Into River After Caught Having An Affair

According to recent news, one particular man in China has been forcefully punished to get into a “pig cage” and then repeatedly dunked into a river many times. This particular punishment was done after the man got caught to be having an affair with another man’s wife. In China, this punishment is given when a person got caught had an affair.

The incident was reported to occur in the Dianbai District in the Province of Guangdong. There has been a video in which a man in only his underwear was seen sitting on a bed with blood covering his nose and mouth that went viral. We could see in the video that three other men involved in the incident have recorded the act while they questioned and also scolded the man who gets caught. The man’s hands got tied with rope and got forced into a bamboo cage.

During the punishment was done, the man cried out for forgiveness but got ignored by them and then got dipped into the water while the man was in the bamboo cage that is called the “pig cage” by all the other people in China.

Maoming’s polis has confirmed the specific incident and also said that an investigation has been opened to know more about what happened. While for the victim, he is said to have no serious injuries while the other three suspects have surrendered. The police also added that the incident is believed to have been caused by an emotional dispute.

This particular type of punishment was actually practiced by the people in China during the olden days when there is a person or even couple that got caught committing adultery would be put into a pig’s cage and drowned in the river.
