1.  Green vegetables

For hair loss problems, green vegetables contain Vitamin A and Vitamin C. This vitamin is very important in sebum production. This is because sebum helps in keeping hair looking healthy. Green vegetables are also rich in iron, selenium, and calcium which help hair growth.

2.Eggs

Eggs are nutritious with Vitamin B12 and protein, they are very important for hair roots. Eggs also contain important minerals such as zinc, selenium, iron, and sulfur which carry oxygen to the hair roots.

3. Beans and cereals

The variety of legumes and cereals contains a nutrient called biotin, which is important in helping to keep nails, skin, and hair healthy. Lack of biotin will cause hair to fall out, split ends, and premature graying.

4. Orange

Contains a source of Vitamin C, oranges help in the absorption of iron. When the body has enough Vitamin C, it will facilitate the process of absorption of iron available from soybeans and meat.

Vitamin C also helps in removing collagen where it is necessary for the growth of hair roots.

5. Milk, cheese, and yogurt

All three foods contain casein and whey which are protein nutrients. It plays an important role in hair growth and maintains strong hair roots.
