This particular docuseries is headed by Emmy-nominated director named Michael John Warren, who is also responsible for JAY-Z‘s cult classic Fade to Black documentary. The series will explore the superstar singer and rapper’s personal and also professional life. The news comes on the 10th anniversary of the release of her debut album “Pink Friday”.

Nicki Minaj said in announcing the series via social media, “It’s going to give you guys a raw unfiltered look at my personal life and my professional journey and I can’t wait to share it with you”. For this docuseries, Nicki Minaj herself is executive producing alongside Warren and Aaron L. Gilbert, Brenda Gilbert, and Cassandra Butcher for BRON Life, as well as Irving Azoff and Tommy Bruce in association with Creative Wealth Media.
