Kidney Problems? Find Out The 10 Signs Stated by MOH

Kidney disease or also known as kidney problem is a disease that involves the human kidney. If it is not detected early, it can get worse over time and lead to kidney failure.

It is said that 15% of Malaysians suffer from chronic kidney disease at various levels.

According to the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), most of them only know that they have the disease when they are at a serious stage because there are no symptoms at an early stage.

To avoid this, the MOH has listed 10 signs of kidney problems.

Here are the signs:

1) Swelling around the eyes especially in the morning

2) Easy to lose focus

3) Muscle cramps at night

4) High blood pressure

5) Bleeding or foaming urine

6) Often feel tired and lacking in energy

7) Frequent urination, especially at night

8) Dry and itchy skin

9) Loss of appetite, feeling nausea and vomiting

10) Swelling in the legs
