Make Delicious Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake With Using Only 4 Ingredients

This year, there is no denying that many Malaysians love to look for food recipes. This may be due to the Covid-19 pandemic that forces us to stay home all the time.

To fill free time, there are hobbies where Malaysians want to try various food and beverage recipes. Among them are Dalgona Coffee, Dalgona Milo, and most recently the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. However, what is interesting and why so many people want to produce Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake?

Lotus Biscoff is a crunchy biscuit that makes us addicted. The taste of brown sugar, a unique caramel that is loved all over the world and even tastes sweet and buttery. Very suitable to be added with a cup of coffee but it also tastes better if eaten alone.

Don’t worry, there is a Halal Certificate


The Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM) has confirmed that Lotus Biscoff brand biscuit manufacturer Lotus Bakeries is a halal certificate holder from the Halal Food Council of Europe.

The easiest Recipe, Only Use 4 Ingredients

Do you know why Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake gets a lot of attention? This is because the dessert is easy to produce in addition to the delicious taste.

A baker has revealed a simple recipe for Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, and you only need four ingredients.

You just need:

  • 1 packet of Biscoff biscuits
  • 200g Biscoff spread, crunchy or smooth
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter that has been allowed to cool a little
  • 200g cream cheese – any brand
And here’s how to make it:
  • Weigh the ingredients.
  • Melt the butter and leave to one side to cool
  • Place the biscuits in a clear plastic food bag and crush with a rolling or your hands until they are fine crumbs. Hold back a couple of biscuits for decorating
  • Mix the butter and crushed biscuits in a bowl
  • Place mixture in a tub or medium baking pan, preferably lined but not essential
  • Place this in the fridge to cool and set for an hour
  • Combine the soft cheese and Biscoff spread
  • remove biscuit bade from the fridge and spread the cheese and Biscoff mixture over the base
  • Return dish to the fridge and leave to set for two hours

Once you’re ready to serve, decorate with spare biscuits.
