Plan Journeys Ahead With PLUS TTA to Avoid Traffic Crawl During Upcoming Long Weekend

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — PLUS Malaysia Bhd (PLUS) has issued a Travel Time Advisory (TTA) for this upcoming long weekend to reduce congestion with the expected increase in traffic volume on its highways.

PLUS, in a statement, today said the TTA issued on Dec 18 for Christmas and New Year holiday recommends the same travel time for journeys to be made until Jan 19, 2021.

“Highway users from the Klang Valley travelling up north to Perlis, Kedah, Perak and south to Johor are advised to enter the highway before 9 am.

“And for those travelling to East Coast, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan to enter highway after 12 noon.

“Upon returning to the Klang Valley, PLUS TTA recommends all to enter the highway by 9 am,” it said.

PLUS also advises its customers to ensure they have sufficient balance in their Touch‘n Go card at all times.
