(Video) ‘Alice In Borderland’, A Great Series That Is Trending On Netflix

If you are hard fans for a thriller and ‘crazy’ series to watch right now, Alice In Borderland is the series that should be on your watch list. The original Netflix series started airing last week and remains the Top 3 most-watched series by Netflix customers in Malaysia.

Due to the large number of people giving great reviews for this series, we also indirectly tried to watch this series last Monday.

A little info about this series, Alice in Borderland is a manga work by Haro Iso published in Shonen Sunday S. Manga magazine was chosen by Netflix to be a live-action series with famous actors Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya.

The film begins with three close friends; Arisu, Karube, and Segawa who have different backgrounds. They want to try a new life but after a power outage incident, they suddenly appear in a lonely world without occupants.

What they did not expect was that they were ‘trapped’ in a world where if you wanted to survive, you had to play a ‘GAME’ and if they lost, they would die.

What is interesting about Alice In Borderland?

There are many reasons why you should watch this series. Among them is how they managed to make the city of Tokyo so ‘empty’ and an unexpected element of surprise.

The series depicts the world of Tokyo in post-apocalyptic times where no electronic equipment could be used. It is actually difficult to produce a Tokyo city movie without people looking very real.

You know this is a big-budget series when they can afford to make Shibuya Crossing empty! This is a sharing of the filming set of this film. If you have never read the Alice In Borderland manga before, you will be more ‘surprised’ by the storyline of this series. Why? Because unknowingly, they will ‘kill’ the character you expect to survive until the final episode in the initial episode only.

The element of surprise in this series is unexpected and the GAME they have to face is also cruel and needs the wisdom to solve. Prior to that, the film was for adults 18 years and older to watch because it contained scenes that were less suitable for underage audiences.
