BLACKPINK’s ‘As If It’s Your Last’ Was Originally Meant For 2NE1

One of BLACKPINK’s hit singles was actually given to 2NE1 first. Minzy has made an appearance as a guest on a radio show hosted by entertainer Park Myung Soo on the 1st of February 2021.

Minzy discussed her new career path as a CEO-slash-K-pop idol and talked about how her fellow 2NE1 members are doing. She said that “Park Bom is focusing on her diet. She’s very interested in her health. CL is recording music, and Sandara Park is busy doing variety shows”.

The sizzling songstress was asked whether BLACKPINK’s smash hit “As If It’s Your Last” was supposedly a track given to the now-defunct girl group. She confirmed it by stating, “Yes, it was our demo song. We were preparing to record it, but then we ended up not recording because there were many other good songs”.
