“I Think As A Social Media User, I Have My Own Responsibilities,” – Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza

Almost every day, there must be individuals who fall victim to scammer up to a loss of thousands of ringgit. Even the government constantly reminding the public to be wary of a scammer.

Recently, famous singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza reminded the public through a post on Instagram not to be deceived by fake accounts that use her name to find victims.

According to the singer, better known as Tokti, the fake account used videos and pictures of her to get victims by offering money rewards.

“I think as a social media user, I have my own responsibilities. Alhamdulillah, several times I did not give up to upload fake accounts and scammers who are rampant using my videos, photos, and names, at least some of you are increasingly alert, know and be careful with this, “said the singer.

“I am lucky because more and more people are alerting, making reports, advising, and spreading that this account is a scammer.

“They are not tired, we pray that God opens their hearts and repents. We who have this awareness, strive to spread goodness by making more people aware so that they are not deceived,” added Tokti.
