FAM-MSN Project Squad Coach Impressed With Commitment Shown By Players

SHAH ALAM, March 10 — Despite losing 1-2 to Kelantan FC yesterday, FAM-MSN Project Squad coach Yusri Che Lah said he was impressed with the commitment shown by the players.

“All the players have given their 100 per cent focus and also competed in a very difficult match because the team played for the first time in the Premier League against Kelantan FC which everyone knows one of the teams that would provide a stiff competition.

“Congratulations to the players. Our journey is still far and we see many weaknesses tonight,” he told a press conference after the match at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Stadium here last night.

The defeat was the second for FAM-MSN Project Squad in a row, having lost 0-4 to Terengganu FC II on March 7.

Meanwhile, Kelantan FC coach Marco Ragini said the win over FAM-MSN Project Squad was due to luck.

“I am not satisfied because I believe the team can play better because they have the potential.

“Players make individual mistakes repeatedly due to lack of focus, just like the previous game against Perak II last Saturday,” he said.

The FAM-MSN Project Squad are set to face Selangor FC II this Friday while Kelantan FC will face PDRM FC on Saturday.
