There are so many apps and also programs that provide free soft skills courses online to help fresh graduates top top-up their existing skills.

When you are currently looking for a job, do some researches about what the job you want is about and also how it is. Other than that, do some research about the company as well. This will give you a more realistic appraisal and help to manage your expectations. Make sure you do a little research so that you look informed. This also shows you are a person who has a high spirit and interest in the company.
