“This Information Is Not True And Not From MOH,” – MOH Addresses Fake News

Recently, there has been news that went viral saying that there are in total of 3 positive cases have been identified among medical staffs who have been vaccinated with the first dose of Pfizer vaccine. The news was said to have been posted by the Ministry Of Health itself.

However, MOH has addressed this issue and stating that this news is indeed a fake one. MOH said in a statement, “This information is not true and it is not from the Ministry Of Health. Publics are asked not to distribute it”.

According to the fake news, it stated that the efficacy of the vaccine after the vaccination with the first dose of Pfizer vaccine is about 50%. After the second dose the efficacy is 95%.

Publics are advised to only believe all the news from the correct source only so that any misunderstanding and also sharing of false information could be avoided.
