Siblings Charged For Killing A Man, Shoving Kebab In His Mouth While He Slept

A pair of siblings were charged with murdering a man by stuffing kebab meat into the victim’s mouth. During the incident that occurred on March 2, 2019, the 56-year-old victim fell asleep due to drunkenness while on the train with the two siblings, who are 34 and 24 years old respectively.

The victim then continued to vomit and woke up from sleep but eventually collapsed as he tried to stand up.

One of the siblings who worked as a carer at the time tried to remove the remnants of kebab meat from the victim’s mouth.

When the paramedics arrived, they removed more food waste from the victim’s throat. The victim was rushed to hospital, however, he died the next day.

The court was told that the suspect and the victim knew each other. The two siblings will be sentenced at Preston’s Nightingale Court in the next trial.
