Tested Positive Or A Close Contact With COVID-19 Person, These Are 5 Important Items Worth To Buy

A number of positive cases of COVID-19 have become more and more worrying this time around. We, as the public should always take precautionary steps seriously so that we would never get infected with dangerous viruses. Sadly, this COVID-19 could still infect us no matter how hard we try to prevent ourselves from. Even though if it was not our mistake, other irresponsible people could be the cause for us to get infected with it.

Getting infected with COVID-19 would be such a sad to occur for many people in this whole wide world but life needs to carry on no matter what the circumstances are. If you are tested positive with the virus or have ever been in close contact with COVID-19, there are several things that you need to have at home. Worry not because there is a kind Twitter user that goes by the name Aida Sue have listed all the things that you have to prepare at home if you ever got situated in that kind of situation.

These are 5 important items that you need to buy:

1) Contactless Thermometer

This particular item is very useful for COVID-19 patients to keep track of their temperature regularly. By doing it this way, they could see whether their symptoms have become better or even worse. Other than that, this contactless thermometer also would be very useful for detecting normal fever that normally happens in any individual.

2) Oximeter

If you are a COVID19 patient but got quarantined at home, or there is a family or even friend that is positive with Covid19, this oximeter is very useful to check SpO2. Check using this oximeter twice a day. One time in the morning and one time in the evening. Make sure the reading is above 90% because it is not accurate like at the hospital.

3) Disinfectant Liquid

This item is very important to have at home because it could be so useful for us to clean our home thoroughly from all the dangerous viruses or even bacteria to protect all the other members at home. It becomes so beneficial if the COVID19 patient has to be quarantined at home. At least, we are not just letting all the surfaces at home uncleaned after being touched by them.

4) Disposable Bowl, Fork, Spoon, Plates, And Cup

Taking care of COVID19 patients at home makes us become more hygienic towards many things especially not to share the same plates, cups, or even cutleries with them. This is actually one of the alternatives that can be done so that the virus does not get spread at home and then infected other healthy people. It is so easy to use, the patient can use it and throw it in plastic and tie it outside.

5) Vitamin C

High doses of Vitamin C under study for treating COVID-19 may benefit some populations. There have been so many studies that prove Vitamin C could help any individual to strengthen their immune system. By doing that, we will not fall sick easily and hopefully could be protected from so many diseases.
