In Saudi, COVID Vaccine 2nd Dose For Candidates To Perform Haj Reasserted

MAKKAH, June 28  — The Ministry of Haj and Umrah reasserted the importance that those permitted to perform the rituals of the forthcoming Haj take the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine before entering Haj premises.

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the authority also urged them to each visit the nearest inoculation center, within 48 hours, following the issuance of the permit, without prior appointment.

The step takes place, emanating from the keenness of the Saudi Government to take all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the pandemic and preserve the safety of all pilgrims.
