Simply dissolve 1 or 2 tablespoon of epsom salt into the water and pour in on your plants. You can also put 1 to 2 tablespoons of epsom salt directly into the soil with seeds.

Dissolve 1 part of epsom salt into 250ml of warm water, add a squeeze of lemon to make your drink tastier.
