If you really intend to save it, there are actually a few things you should do before bringing it to the nearest shop or service center to assess the damage. These 7 simple steps that you can do in an early stage that you can do to save it.

Do not attempt to start the engine of the motorcycle.

Take off the terminal of the motorcycle’s battery.

Take off then ECU or CGI of your motorcycle.

Take off the nut drain plug to get rid of the engine oil.

Take off the exhaust and get rid of the water inside it.

Take off the spark plug of the motorcycle.

Install the motorcycle’s battery and turn it on to get rid of the water inside the combustion chamber.
