A simple recipe to make your own roti canai at home:
- 2 spoons of margarine.
- 1 spoon of salt.
- 2 spoons of sugar.
- 2 spoons of condensed milk.
- 1 cup of hot water.
- Mix all of them together.
- Put in mineral water accordingly.
- 1 egg.
- 2 kg of flour and mix it well with the wet ingredients.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
