The website also stated that potato milk contains many antioxidants, so much so that it is comparable to blueberries and blackberries. In addition, they claim potatoes contain protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and carbohydrates, including the daily requirement of vitamin C in 100 grams of potatoes.
