This condition can be detected during pregnancy. It can be done by using a blood test, ultrasound checking, or even amniotic fluid checking.

- First, they would have a flat facial expression with the eyes are located quite upward.
- Second, the small ears.
- Third, shorter heights.
- Fourth, one straight line on the palm of the hand. Big hand but with small fingers.
- Fifth, short neck.
- Next is the tongue sticking out.
- Last but not least, is the small size of the head.
