1) ‘Keep’ Instead Of ‘Description’ Questions To Be Asked During Meeting

  • Keep
  • Then, click on “Take a note”
  • Add text
  • Your private note is now linked to this event.

2) Various Calendars In One Place

  • Clean up your schedule & create separate calendars
  • Next, toggle them on or off depending on what you want to see

3) Events That Are Hidden

  • Create event
  • Change the Availability to “free”
  • Change the Status to “private”

4) Slots For Appointments

  • Create event
  • After that, click on “appointment slots”
  • A link is created to your event’s appointment page where people can book a slot

5) Shortcuts For Keyboard

  • Movement
    • “R” – Refresh
    • “T” – Move to current day
    • “G” – Go to date
  • Views
    • “1 or D” – Day
    • “2 or W” – Week
    • “3 or M” – Month
  • Actions
    • “C” – Create an event
    • “E” – See event details
    • “⌘ + s” – Mac save event (ctrl+s windows)

6) Access To Modify Event

  • Settings
  • Click in the “Event Settings”
  • This would allow invitees to “Modify event”

7) Multiple Timezones On Display

  • Settings
  • “Show world clock”
  • In the end, pick the zones you would like to see

8) Daily Agenda In Email

  • Head to settings
  • Then, click on settings for my calendars
  • Event notifications⇢Other
    • Daily agenda

9) Various Notifications

  • 1st – 1 day before
  • 2nd – 10 minutes prior to the start

10) To Share Meeting Notes

  • Select event
  • After that, select the “take meeting notes”
  • In the end, a new G-doc will be created, shared with all attendees, & linked to the event in question.
