MySejahtera App now comes with the latest features. That is, allowing people to transfer data on old phone numbers to new numbers.
Before you can use it, you need to update the application first.
Easy way to transfer data to a new phone number
As already mentioned, the first step to do is to update MySejahtera to the new version on your new phone.
Next, you need to make sure that your account on the new phone has been verified and wait for your MySejahtera data to appear.
If you can’t verify your account like the steps above, follow the steps below:
First, click “Help” on the notification displayed on your new phone and then click “Option 1” regarding your MySejahtera account on the old phone.
The third step is that you need to answer all the questions and click ‘Submit’.
Finally, confirm your account on the new phone and after that, the MySejahtera data on the old phone will be on the new phone.

With this latest feature, users who have switched to a new phone no longer have to worry about the app.
Previously, MySejahtera had previously informed. That, the public needs to confirm their identity information and date of birth before getting a verified sign.
The feature also only works after you update the application to the latest version (1.1.8) and need to click “confirm immediately” if you have not confirmed it yet.
