Roman Abramovich Sells Chelsea Club, Benefits Victims of Ukraine War

Roman Abramovich sells Chelsea Football Club. It was recently announced in a statement on the website. It helps to clarify many things. This is because of all the speculations that have been going around all social media platforms.

He said, “I have therefore taken the decision to sell the Club, as I believe this is in the best interest of the Club, the fans, the employees, as well as the Club’s sponsors and partners”. This is a hard decision.

Other than that, the process of Roman Abramovich selling Chelsea will go through an appropriate process. It will never be made in a hurry. Even Abramovich himself said he would not demand that Chelsea’s debts to him be repaid.

He also added, “Moreover, I have instructed my team to set up a charitable foundation where all net proceeds from the sale will be donated. The foundation will be for the benefit of all victims of the war in Ukraine. This includes providing critical funds towards the urgent and immediate needs of victims, as well as supporting the long-term work of recovery”.

Roman Abramovich also hopes that he can say his last goodbye in person. To do that, he wishes he could visit Stamford Bridge also for one last time.
