Second Moon Lander To Be Developed Per NASA Announcement

Recently, NASA has announced that they would be planning to develop the second moon lander. This plan would be in accordance with the Artemis program. According to their plan, the goal is having it to be ready by 2026 or 2027.

According to a statement, Artemis is indeed NASA’s program. It is actually to return astronauts to the Moon by the year 2024. In addition, it is also a method to prepare the way for human missions to Mars. Progress in humanity.

As stated on The Verge website, the space agency has been calling on various commercial space companies for this. Hopefully, they could propose some concepts to be used for the moon lander. The important thing to keep in mind would be it can take people from Earth to and from the Moon’s orbit and also the lunar surface. So exciting for this.

Previously, NASA has confirmed that more than 5,000 exoplanets have been confirmed outside our own solar system. The latest addition of 65 exoplanets to NASA’s Exoplanet Archive contributes to the scientific achievement.

Interestingly, these so-called exoplanets include rocky worlds about the size of Earth. It is in addition to gas giants larger than Jupiter, and also ‘mini-Neptunes’. Scientists have also discovered planets that orbit more than one star and some even surround the remnants of dead stars called the white dwarfs. Such an incredible discovery to behold.

Personally thinking, this mission that NASA wanted to do would bring a lot of positive benefits towards all. The studies that they would have achieved from the program could help a lot. For humanity to understand more about the moon. Then, they could learn more about the human mission that they want to do on Mars. So excited about it.
