The prices for so many things in Malaysia have increased and a lot of people already noticed it. One thing that has not increased would be the salary. That is why Malaysians tend to work in Singapore so that they get a higher salary. Easily said, the amount of work done is the same in Malaysia and Singapore. The difference is going to be the salary.

2) Income Vs Living Cost When Working In Singapore

Malaysians mostly would be working in Singapore but live in Malaysia. The high income that they received in Singapore could sustain the living cost that they have to spend in Malaysia. That is why it is easier for them to do it like that.

3) Facilities Provided

If you are living in Singapore, it is actually very easy for you to go back to your hometown in Malaysia. The facilities provided there are always over the top. In addition, the permit that you have to own is managed by the employers.

4) Singaporean Human Capital

Singapore would take care of its own human capital in a very great way. That is why they feel so secure when all of the Malaysians decided to work in Singapore.
