Kanye West Quits Coachella, Left Out $8 Million Paycheck

Kanye West quits Coachella has been a hot topic for many. This final decision made so many people question the real reasons behind it. According to the Hype Beast website, he was supposed to receive an $8 million paycheck. It also comes with another production fee that cost an additional $500,000. All these were for his headlining performances.

Surprisingly, Kanye West was willing to leave out that huge amount of money. All this started after he threatened to do that if Billie Eilish did not issue an apology to Travis Scott. Nevertheless, it is not sure whether that is the main reason for him to quit Coachella or not. As of now, there is still no replacement for the headlining performances.

Possible Reasons Kanye West Quits Coachella

As stated on the Hollywood Life website, Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd are assigned to be the co-headliners for Coachella. For those who might not know, Coachella would take place on the 15th of April and end on April 24.

There was no warning for his quitting. As reported before, Kanye West has still not seriously rehearsed even after he found out that he will be performing there. Unlike the others that have been rehearsing for weeks or even months.
