Ronnie Hawkins, The Rock And Roll Legend Dies At 87 Years Old

It is such a sad piece of news to know that Ronnie Hawkins has died recently. He dies at the age of 87 years old. For those who might not know about him, he was a rock and roll legend. He was a musician for more than half a century.

He has several nicknames that people know of him. Some of the famous ones are definitely the ‘Rompin’ Ronnie’, the ‘Mr. Dynamo’, or even just as simple as ‘The Hawk’. He is definitely such a huge influence on rock and roll music in Canada. Everyone in the music industry very looks up to him.

According to the Billboard website, he dies after a lengthy illness that he had before.

The wife of this Rock and Roll legend that is Wanda confirmed the death of her husband with The Canadian Press. She said in a phone interview, “He went peacefully and he looked as handsome as ever”. May he forever rest in peace.

Some of the amazing achievements that Ronnie Hawkins got during his life would be receiving a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame. It is located specifically in Toronto and it happened in the year 2002. Condolences towards his family.
