When you are unable to repay your debt, the creditor will petition you to court to make you bankrupt. This is because they know that you have other valuable items. That is how they can then take your other valuable items because you cannot repay their debt.
2) Declare Yourself Bankrupt
There is no minimum value for this. This is actually the final step that you can take when you already do not know what to do with all your debts. But, you have to remember this. It is not fun and brings no benefit on many levels if you declare yourself bankrupt.
