Kuala Lumpur, 4 July 2022 – QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd (QSR Brands) is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Chan to the brand’s Board of Directors, effective 1st July 2022.
Karen Chan has over 20 years of experience in digital and retail F&B consulting. She was formerly the CEO of Minden International P/L – an AI/ML-powered consumer platform where she is responsible for venture building and platform operationalization. Karen also served as the CEO of AirAsia Berhad’s super app – airasia.com where she spearheaded the transformation of airasia.com into the fastest-growing travel and lifestyle app in ASEAN. Prior to that, she spent over 10 years in the F&B industry where she was the Chief Digital Officer of Pizza Hut APAC and Regional Marketing Director of Domino’s Pizza APAC overseeing 12 countries, collaborating and co-creating with master franchisees’ product innovation funnels and digital innovation capabilities. She is experienced in championing efforts in omnichannel retailing, and digitalization of brick-and-mortar stores, to maximize customer lifetime value.
