Qurban meat is one of the most awaited things for many people during Eid Al-Adha. For those who do not know, the celebration of Eid Al-Adha actually follows the completion of the Hajj pilgrimage. Specifically, at the Qurbani time. An important celebration.

Dos And Don’ts For Qurban Meat

1) Store the meat using the right method.

It is actually very important for you to store the meat using the right method. If you do it wrongly, you might just have to forget about wanting to cook the meat because it would have spoiled already. The right method would be to let the meat cool down on its own. Importantly, let it cool down in an open environment. Then, you have to keep the meat in a cool environment such as the freezer. It is very important not to wrap the meat with a thin material in the freezer. If not, you will have meat with freezer burn.

2) Know the right method to cook the meat.

There are so many options that you can choose to cook the meat. Ideally, you can choose to cook it using the BBQ method. This is because this recommended method does not use any other additional fat. Other than that, existing fat on the meat also would trickle away. Keep the meat within the cool environment for almost 10-15 minutes before you are fully prepared to cook the meat.
