Dog Brutally Shot By An Arrow! Police Is Currently Searching For The Suspect

Recently, a video of a dog brutally shot by an arrow has been viral on social media platforms. People can see in the video that is in 18 seconds long, the suspect is a man in a black t-shirt. He obviously carries a bow and an arrow with him that he used on the dog.

At first, he started to follow the dog wherever the dog went. All of a sudden, he decided to shoot the dog with the arrow that he carries. His action caused the dog to be dead right at the location. That is in fact a very brutal action for him to do towards a dog.

This is stated in the report. Location for the dog brutally shot to happen would specifically be in Sky Awani 3, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur area. An investigation paper had been opened and this particular case will be investigated under Section 29(1)(e), Animal Welfare Act 2015(Act 772). The punishment is not more than 3 years of prison or a fine that is not less than RM20,000 or both.

Another investigation would be under Section 6(1) Corrosion And Explosives And Dangerous Weapons Act 1958. The punishment for this is usually prison time that is not less than 5 years and not more than 10 years. Police are actively searching for the suspect.
