Recently, popular internet influencer Khairul Aming took his staff on a company trip to a resort and this left many wanting to have a boss like him.
Who doesn’t want a cool and fun boss right? A boss that appreciates your worth and takes you on company trips is something to dream of.
On his TikTok account, he posted a video stating that the selling of his popular Sambal Nyet was on hold because he took his entire staff on a company trip to Lalang Resort, Jeli, Kelantan.
“This trip is relaxing, just to relax and enjoy nature,” he stated in the video’s caption.

In the video, he had booked the entire resort just for his staff to enjoy. Whilst they were there. He did not want to do any team-building exercises with his staff. Khairul Aming also did not set any schedule or anything of that sort.
He just wanted his staff to enjoy the trip and holiday. They are free to do anything that they wanted in those 2 days they spent there.
You can see that all the staff in the video are happy to go on that trip. They had many activities there. Not only that, they even had a barbeque at night where Khairul Aming also prepared a special cocktail.
